Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Because our products are applied to your skin, we can't accept returns on anything that's been opened or used. This keeps every order safe for the person receiving it.

What if my order arrived damaged or I got the wrong item?

We'll make it right ASAP.

Email us at [hello@theinfinitebath.com] with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out within one business day.

How do I start a return?

  1. Email [hello@theinfinitebath.com] within 14 days of your delivery date

  2. Include your order number and a brief note about your return

  3. We'll send a return shipping label within 2 business days

  4. Drop it off and your refund will be processed once we receive the item

How long does my refund take?

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your return.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover shipping. If you're returning because you changed your mind, or any other reason, the cost of return shipping is covered by you and you may be charged a restocking fee of 15$, deducted from your refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

Not at this time. To get a different product, return your original order and place a new one.
